Navara Natural Farm Welcomes Guest Chef Anay Bueno

We are thrilled to welcome guest chef, Anay Bueno, from Feb 2-12th 2017 to Navara Natural Farm!

Hailing from Spain, he specializes in vegan and vegetarian cuisine and is keen to experiment with Navara rice and other local ingredients from the region. An experienced pastry chef with a focus on using raw, healthy ingredients, we're excited to taste Anay's take on creating dishes to replenish our Cob Building and Designing Workshop participants.

Anay also keeps himself busy developing recipes for print and media publications throughout Europe and running Green Fork, a Spanish-language website dedicated to documenting creative culinary and gastronomic endeavors in vegetarian and vegan food.
